Ini Malaysia-lah

So, another issue blossomed within days. Malaysians are really creative to churn out ideas from a remnant of a case, don't you all agree with me over there? So, here it goes with much Huu-haa from the Malaysian bureaucracy over the usage of Our so-called national language. I do fully comprehend that there's a substantial need to use the national language for official issues. But, what's wrong if someone admits that she is not as impeccable as in English in her Bahasa Melayu as well. Lame, in it?? That, pity, it was scattered on a National newspaper. So much for a young lass for not using "bahasa kebangsaan".

In my honest opinion, it is way important to use BM (or any language ) for that sake of matter in a proper manner. If someone decides to use language as a yardstick as measure of patriotism, heck, it reflects the shallowness potrayed by such individuals. It's always subjected to individuality.

I'll end this rather short post by a phrase from a famous Malay poet, A.Samad Said.

Bangunlah, sebelum, kemarahan meratapi sebenak jiwa anda.

Hillarious. Really. I do really mean it. I guess this chart would serve a significant help for some undecisive students.

A Phrase

"Writing is an adventure. To begin with, it is a toy and an amusement. Then it becomes a mistress, then it becomes a master, then it becomes a tyrant. The last phase is that just as you are about to be reconciled to your servitude, you kill the monster and fling him to the public."
Rhetorical, but simply beautiful

War and politics

The study of politics often deals with heavy consequences that one has to endure. In most cases, it is greatly subjected to the art of deceiving, manipulation and sweet talks. We see politics taking place in every single note. It takes place in your family when you start to compare yourself with other siblings. It takes place in an administrative appeal i.e Offices and Government bodies where people would start jeopardize the authority given to make their case a success. It even takes place in education, where i've blogged numerous times, where deserving students are denied a place despite of their excellent academic background. The harsh reality that one has to accept, at this point, is the fact that we cannot disregard politics from our life.

The key to understand such is due to fact that there's a keen need for everyone to strive for success. In order to achieve success, most wouldn't revert to carry any actions from the actual manner it is supposed to be done. That's exactly what is taking place in the world right now. The superpowers are reinforcing stern actions to the new mushing brands in world of terrorism. Terrorism is not something that could be solved through provocative solutions. I'm not suggesting that peace talks either may prevail to sow the much need stability. The world now requires a force that consist of people who are willing to shatter that ugly thing that many possess-Ego. The idea of a war, is evoked when 2 parties( or more) clash for a common issue and it's a profoundly known fact that ego is the active stimulant.

Let's take an inner perspective . The Lebanese crisis took place because Hezbollah captured 2 of the Zionist soldiers. As an act of retaliation, the whole nation is drawn into the whole crisis. Loss of lifes of the civilians don't seem bother the Zionist nation. The whole world is shutting their senses and putting an ear shut. Though many may perceive that this was an self- protection as Hezbollah is deemed as a terrorist organisation. But, the whole nation doesn't need to serve the "castigation" process. It's a fact that Hezbollah is an integrated Political body in Lebanon, the punishment is overly severe. For a nation who suffered the loss of one of the most influential leader, Rafik Hariri, who was in the process of installing a new look to butchered nation, in 2005, the impact would simply be colossal.Think about it. I wouldn't dwell much into this issue. Makes me sick- Externally and internally.
