Diet?
I know girls like to go on diet. Their dire desire( or Need?) to have the slim figure that would make boys go gaga. And they make us to unleash our sincere approach to come get em'. So, we'll be going out cashing up their need because they made us so crazy of them. Thank you, DIET! You eventually made girls our master.
Thats a prologue on the types of diet that i'm about to share with you, folks. There are many types of diets that have surfaced the very since girls became obsessed with their weight. So, i m doing a community service since i'm also overweight! Enjoy the read : )
1) Dr Atkins Revolutionary Diet
This diet is probably the mosy widely used diet in the world! You can expect to lose up to 3.6 kg in the first week, but it is mainly water. This diet shuts down the taking of carbohydrate based diet and suggest that the taker would mainly base their takings in the form of protein meals. This also means such meals are usually high in total fat, saturated fat(mono), and cholesterol. However as exciting as it may sound, it certainly hosts some serious setback. The intake of such meals would eventually reduce the body's natural metabolism rate. This means the next time you start eating normally, you have a higher chance to gain back the lost weight at a faster rate! Besides, its extremely dangerous for people who suffer kidney disorder.
2) BBC Diet
The BBC diet is the most healty diet in my list. This diet suggest the intake of more fibre based food such as muesli bar, oats and barley. It also claims that exercise should be made as a routine and sugar and fat should be avoided in any context. Well, for some, it may sound impossible, but when there's a will, of course there's a way! Well, instead of frying those wedges you love, try to maximize the usage of your oven. Yes ,eat baked food. Stim your vegetables!
3) Beverly Hills Diet
The craze on the series paved ways for nutrionist to come up with a diet named after this place. It is a low-calorie die which heavily relies on exotic fruits such as pineapple, papaya and mangoes. Arent we taking them so often in Malaysia, but hey, what can beat the temptation of Nasi Kandar( a famous type of food in eaten in Malaysia), so, that explains the dramatic weight gain! This fruits are eaten in specific order. However, it is deficient in many nutrients.
4) F-Plan Diet
Fibre plan diet or F-diet is mainly based on fibre meal. Based on 1000-1500 calories per day, it is quite balanced. It should be noted than anyone not used to a high fibre diet may experience some form of flatulence.
5) Citrus diet
The citrus is popular culture among the Indian community. Drink some lime juice after every meal . It is claimed to be false, infortunately. The Indians belived that it would eventually "burn" the excess fat. The diet is potentially unbalanced and it suggest that unlimited amount of food can be taken with the condition that a citrus drink is taken.
6) Metabolic Diet
The metabolism diet is based in low-fat,low-sugar and high fibre foods yielding 1500 calories per day. It also promotes the usage of vitamin and minerals to maximise metabolic rate.
There are many more diets to be shared! But i guess this would serve you great purpose for now
*ps, girls, i know you love Cholocolates, don t worry, a recent research by The Harvard university suggested that chocolates should be taken as a daily dose to relieve stress and to promote longevity....It sounds strange to me, though, but hey!

funny you haven't made ur sincere approach to get one? ;)
GAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA what a post. Yes yes you have here one slave to diets! But not so that some handsome swashbuckling male will come falling at my feet la. Mum's naggings got too much to bear. HAHAHA. Anyhow. I am a great proponent of the Atkin's diet! Well it worked for me. Somehow. Somewhat. But yes, the metabolism slows down and all that too.. sad. And I realise I have a much bigger problem with water retention now. So bottom line.. choose a healthy way of weightloss la.. And do exercise. But the issue is always time. Where do we find time!? Argh. Oh well. *stomps off to fridge to retrieve chocolate*
HAHA.

don t be so obsessed with the weight thingy, exercise is of course so important, a brisk walk would do. Of course, i don t mean that all guys should have a H. Roshan figure, but make sure you have a stable BMI-Body Mass Index that is. Anything above 30 smells obesity!
hahaha diet...sigh sigh...navin ur not overweight! haha ur cutely plump =D a lil bit of fat is no biggie...=)
